Your reflections

Reflection text stays in the page until you explicitly save it. Saving keeps one reflection in this browser’s local storage and replaces the previous saved reflection. Our code does not send these notes to our server or Google Analytics. This app does not encrypt browser storage; someone with access to your browser may be able to read it. Clearing site data can erase notes. There is no account sync or automatic backup.

Export creates a separate text file on your device. Deleting a reflection or clearing settings here does not delete exported files. Other browsers, devices, and the local preview have separate storage.

Optional Google Analytics

Analytics is off until you allow it. Your choice applies across pages on this site in this browser. Once chosen, the invitation disappears; you can change your preference below at any time.

If allowed, Google Analytics (G-EXBV7LCRQW) receives website usage information, such as pages visited, browser/device information, and engagement, and may store cookies such as _ga and _ga_EXBV7LCRQW. Google receives your network address as part of the connection. We use analytics to understand traffic and improve the website. Our integration does not read reflection text, sends page addresses without query strings or fragments, and disables Google signals and advertising personalization.

Google processes information under its own policies. Read Google’s privacy policy. Declining stops future analytics collection by our integration and removes accessible Analytics cookies on this site; it does not erase information already received by Google. We have not established a separate deletion-request process or verified the property’s retention settings yet.

Hosting and audio

Your browser contacts our server to load pages and audio. The hosting server keeps ordinary access and error logs, which can contain network addresses, request paths, timestamps, and browser details. Clearing browser settings does not erase these logs. The deployed server-log retention schedule has not yet been documented. Audio controls may hide a download button, but publicly served recordings remain retrievable.

Research and other services

Research demonstrations are simulations. There is no study enrollment or transmission of research responses. Links to external studies or services take you to sites with their own privacy practices. Future accounts, payments, or formal studies will require updated information and separate choices.

Clear my settings

Reset your remembered analytics choice and remove accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site. Analytics turns off. Your saved reflection stays unchanged.

Clear my saved data

Delete the reflection saved in this browser. Your analytics choice stays unchanged. This does not delete exported files, server logs, Google’s existing records, or data on other devices.
